Undoubtedly, Borhān-e Qāte' has a significant place among Persian dictionaries. Among the reasons for the importance of this culture, one is the use of a long-standing tradition in India for the purpose of monolingual cultural writing, and the other is providing a wide range of dialectal, non-Persian and ancient words alongside Persian words. Among the words that we come across in frequent arguments are the words that are introduced as belonging to "Zand and Pāzand language", and their correctness and belonging to Zoroastrian texts have been debated. In addition to providing a complete list of these words, this article provides enlightening explanations about each of them and tries to review these words by checking authoritative sources and older dictionaries. In order to do this, the words are categorized into two general groups "with pronunciation measures" and "without pronunciation measures" so that it is possible to comment on their specific pronunciations.
