In this article, ten of the newly found documents of the Tabaristān archive - related to the first and second centuries of Hijri (8th century) - which were written in Pahlavi script and on parchment, have been discussed. These documents are the first authentic documents of legal processes that confirm Sassanid legal laws were still applied in some areas of Iranshahr during the period of Islamic Iran in the first two centuries of Hijri. At the same time, they obtain very important data from the daily and social life of the people of that time, as well as the legal process; They also prove that in the first two centuries after the arrival of the Arabs in Iran, the continuity of the Pahlavi language and tradition of writing, as the official language and standard of the Sassanid period, was preserved in this region, and as some think, two centuries of silence and stillness has not been ruled on the cultural life of this land. The contents of the letters indicate that these documents are the minutes of the court sessions and related to the resolvent of disputes of people from the village of *Aspgurd of Tsuk Del Delan, which can be examined in the framework of Sassanid laws and legal texts such as Mādiān Hazār Dādestān.
