چکیده
در این پژوهش، پیکره‌ای از زبان فارسی، براساس آراء هلیدی (2004)، تحلیل شده است. در انجام این پژوهش، دو هدف و پرسش کلی موردنظر بوده است: نخست آن‌که آیا ادعاهای مطرح در دستور نقش‌گرای نظام‌مند هلیدی، به‌ویژه در کاربرد انواع آغازگر، بر پیکرۀ گردآوری‌شده از زبان فارسی قابل انطباق است یا خیر. دوم آن‌که آیا به‌کمک یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان ضرورت توجه به دستاوردهای نوین زبان‌شناسی را، در تدوین کتاب‌های درسیِ مربوط به آموزش زبان اول و نیز در بهبود کیفیِ مهارت نوشتاریِ دانش‌آموزان، توجیه کرد. این پژوهش علاوه‌بر یافتن پاسخ این پرسش‌ها، به نتایج و اهداف دیگری نیز دست یافته است.

This paper reports a study carried out to find answers to the following general questions: Is the analysis utilized in the Hallidayan Systemic Functional Grammar, concerning different types of themes in particular, fully applicable to Persian primary school textbooks and students’ compositions or not? Secondly, is it necessary to apply the findings of modern linguistics to L1 textbooks and to developing students’ writing skills? For this purpose, a Persian language corpus was analyzed based on Halliday (2004). In addition to answering these questions, this research achieved further findings.
