In this paper, after a review of the principles of cognitive semantics, some of the definitions of the category of “preposition” in traditional frameworks have been presented and then the cognitive semantic approach towards prepositions has been introduced. Finally the Persian preposition “dar/tooye” has been studied within the cognitive semantic frame. It is shown that the cognitive approach presents a more illustrative explanation of spatial prepositions, due to its notions of schemata, figure, ground, construal, etc.     مفاهیمی که حروف اضافة مکانی بیان می‌کنند، از مفاهیم شناختی اولیة ما هستند؛ بنابراین حروف اضافة‌مکانی منبعی غنی برای مطالعه در حوزة معنی‌شناسیِ شناختی محسوب می‌شوند. در این مقاله پس از مروری بر اصول رویکرد معناشناسیِ شناختی، برخی تعاریف حروف اضافه در رویکردهای سنتی آورده شده و سپس رویکرد معنی‌شناسیِ شناختی به حروف اضافه معرفی شده است . در نهایت، حرف اضافة "در/ توی" در چارچوب شناختی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله نشان داده می‌شود رویکرد شناختی با مدد‌جستن از مفاهیمی چون طرحواره، شکل و زمینه، انطباق و ... تبیین گویاتری از حروف اضافة مکانی عرضه می‌کند. https://lsi-linguistics.ihcs.ac.ir/article_1614_e9fd7c2c6623306db59b6aef5c0d5cac.pdf
